Agreement with the Store

These Terms of Service govern access to nuby and orders placed with us. By using the storefront or submitting an order, you accept these Terms and the linked Refund, Shipping, Privacy, Payment, Contact Us, About Us, and FAQ pages.

nuby may correct product, availability, option, or price information before accepting an order. We may refuse or cancel an order because of failed payment, suspected fraud, an inventory discrepancy, a legal restriction, or an obvious listing error.

U.S. Fulfillment and Customer Remedies

nuby serves U.S. delivery addresses only. Standard shipping is free, processing normally takes 1–2 business days, carrier transit is estimated at 4–6 business days, and tracking is supplied after dispatch.

A cancellation may be requested before shipment. After dispatch, the Refund Policy applies. Qualifying merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days; nuby pays approved return shipping, and approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Products and Responsible Use

Before using a Nuby baby or toddler product purchased from nuby, review its product page, packaging, age guidance, instructions, care information, and safety warnings. Use the item only as intended and under appropriate adult supervision where the product instructions call for it.

Payment, Tax, and Acceptable Conduct

nuby lists and processes prices in U.S. dollars (USD). Taxes are collected when applicable law requires them.

You must not compromise nuby's security, introduce malicious code, unlawfully collect site data, infringe another person's rights, interfere with service, or use the storefront for illegal activity.
