Delivery Area and Cost
nuby ships only to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is free for every U.S. order, with no minimum purchase requirement.
When nuby dispatches an order, tracking information is sent using the contact details provided at checkout.
Processing and Carrier Transit
nuby ordinarily prepares an order in 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. After dispatch, estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days.
Address Accuracy and Delivery Events
Customers should give nuby a complete, accurate U.S. delivery address. Contact us promptly about a correction; once fulfillment has begun, a change may no longer be possible.
Carrier interruptions, severe weather, unusually high volume, address problems, and events outside nuby's reasonable control can affect an estimate. We will use available tracking information to help investigate a delayed or missing shipment.
Cancellation, Tax, and Returns
An order can be cancelled before shipment by nuby. After shipment, the Refund Policy controls the request. Taxes are charged when applicable law requires them.
