Does the store deliver outside the United States?
No. nuby currently ships only to U.S. addresses. Standard shipping is free on every order and tracking is provided after dispatch.
What timeline should I expect?
nuby generally processes an order in 1–2 business days. Estimated carrier transit after shipment is 4–6 business days.
May I stop an order before it leaves?
Yes. Ask nuby to cancel before shipment. Once the package has shipped, the Refund Policy applies.
How do returns and exchanges work?
nuby accepts eligible returns and exchanges requested within 30 days after delivery, including change-of-mind requests. The merchant pays shipping for an approved return.
Are any change-of-mind returns excluded?
Custom or personalized goods, clearance or Final Sale items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive products are excluded. At nuby, those exclusions do not limit rights involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing merchandise.
How quickly is an approved refund sent?
nuby returns an approved refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.
What cards and currency can I use?
nuby checks out in USD and accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover.
