Your 30-Day Return or Exchange Window
nuby accepts a return or exchange requested within 30 days after the order is delivered, including a change-of-mind request. Contact us before shipping anything back so that we can approve the request and issue return instructions.
For an approved change-of-mind return or exchange, nuby pays the return-shipping cost. We also pay return shipping when an item arrives damaged or defective, or when an order is incorrect or incomplete.
Condition of the Merchandise
Please send approved merchandise to nuby safely, with its included parts and original packaging when reasonably possible. Use beyond what is reasonably needed to inspect an item may affect the available remedy, except where consumer law provides otherwise.
Items Outside the Change-of-Mind Program
nuby does not accept change-of-mind returns for custom or personalized goods, clearance or Final Sale merchandise, gift cards, or opened intimate and hygiene-sensitive products. This limitation never removes remedies for an item that is damaged, defective, wrong, missing, or otherwise protected by law.
Approval, Refund Timing, and Exchanges
Once nuby receives and inspects the return, we communicate the outcome. An approved refund is sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; a bank or card issuer may take additional time to display the credit. Approved exchanges are arranged through customer support.
Cancellations and Return Destination
You may ask nuby to cancel an order before shipment. After dispatch, the request follows this Refund Policy.
