About Credit/Debit Card
nuby displays and processes all prices and charges in U.S. dollars (USD). Checkout accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover.
Shopify and authorized payment providers encrypt and process card information. nuby does not retain complete card numbers or card security codes.
Authorization and Billing Review
Customers must provide nuby with accurate billing and contact information. A card issuer may place an authorization hold, require verification, approve a charge, or decline it.
nuby may review, hold, or cancel an order if payment cannot be authorized or if fraud controls identify a material risk. Taxes are added when required by applicable law.
Cancellations and Credits
A customer may ask nuby to cancel before shipment; after dispatch, the Refund Policy applies. An approved refund is returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, although the financial institution may need extra posting time.
